I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and had a lovely north-facing balcony, but the reception is only available during office hours. The service was accommodating, although not overly friendly. The location is perfect, close to everything but shielded from street noise. The dining experience, with local fresh products, was enjoyable. The facilities were great overall.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was clean and modern with a full kitchen and laundry, offering a nice view of Brisbane city and the Story Bridge. However, there was no air conditioning in the room, and the lack of reception service on the weekend was inconvenient. The room needs better window coverage as the blinds let in too much light in the morning.
